It all started in 1981 with our founders Don and Judith Oliphant. They had an idea and a dream to establish a real estate development and investment company. The goal was never to become large, but rather to stay focused and maintain the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the real estate market.

Controlled growth and a sound planning model have allowed our company to weather the storms of the sometimes turbulent real estate industry, and even grow through them.

Over the years, DWO has completed healthcare, industrial, land development, retail, commercial, and residential projects. Today, our company is mainly focused on multi-family projects located in the western United States, but remains open to other opportunities that offer the potential for healthy returns for our investors.
